When electoral services at Swindon Borough Council needed to raise the profile of the forthcoming Local Democracy Week, they asked Inflatable Media for this 11ft tall Ballot Box inflatable.

The box measuring 8×8x8ft has a 3ft tall ballot paper sticking out of the top. It also has artwork on both sides to enable the box to be seen from either side.

The box is also one of the first inflatables to have our new internal fan which is virtually silent running.

The box will be all over the city this week, and may even manage to make an appearance on the night of the elections next year. So keep your eyes peeled!

Ok we have been very busy boys and girls here this month! and yet we still manage the impossible (well it would be to others!)

Our production team managed to produce and deliver this 3m fully digitally printed sphere for a production company based out in Switzerland and deliver it to Dubai in just 5 days!

Greene King pub, The Hope & Anchor have just taken delivery of their new 20ft blimp.

With a complex digital logo and colour matched body and fins the blimp can be seen high above the hidden eatery.

The idea for the blimp came from the fantastic 25ft cow that was produced for another of the pub chains outlets. Greene King are already looking at many more of these inflatables to be placed across their south west region.

Inflatable Media’s middle east agent has just taken delivery of this enormous temporary structure.

Measuring 20 metres by 40 metres it has a floor space of 800sq metres. It will be used for several activities from sports to exhibitions.

Brands Hatch race circuit have just taken delivery of another arch. This time for new sponsor MCE insurance, The motorcycle insurance specialist placed the order for the increased size arch in plenty of time to make sure everything was exactly as they wanted it.

The arch which was digitally printed with their “BIG ED” character stands at 7 metres tall and 11 metres across. The arch was seen on the live TV coverage and both MCE & Brands Hatch were thrilled with the results.

Inflatable Media created this HUGE 4M purple heart for “We all love Bristol”, The new website dedicated to all things Bristolian will be launched soon and the huge heart which can be filled with both helium and air had its debut at the world famous Bristol International Balloon Fiesta last week. The event was the biggest ever and attracted over 1 million visitors!!

The heart was produced in under a week and the clients fell in love (sorry couldnt resist) with their new heart! It is hoped that the inflatable will be seen all over the city in the coming months.

Well certainly not with our new water balls.

Apart from supplying these balls to major leisure centres and theme parks Splash Inflatables (the water play division of Inflatable Media) have now helped AquaSphere setup their new operation in Great Yarmouth.

AquaSphere have a fantastic site right in the centre of the towns park, where they are guaranteed to get a huge amount of passing trade. Splash Inflatables have provided help and advice on the best balls to be used as well help with operations and health and safety.

Inflatable Media have just completed these 2m sealed air inflatable balls to go to production company STO - Coppenhagen.

The balls are for a euopean version of british made Top Gear. The balls will be used to play Car football using the new Smart Car. Because of this the balls are made from very thick nylon coated PVC as they will be bounced over tarmac and gravel surfaces then bashed with a car traveling at anything upto 40 MPH.

As soon as the programme is aired we will post the video on our blog so keep your eyes peeled!

As part of Newark and sherwood district council’ summer activity programme, Leisure services have just taken delivery of this 25ft long play tunnel.

Based on a train pulling along carriages filled with animals the tunnel contains biff bash pillars, humps and a slide at the exit.

The inflatable has been installed at the the new local leisure centre and is going down a storm.
